I’m Liz, a registered nurse, reiki master, yoga, and Qi Gong teacher. I utilize my knowledge of western and eastern health philosophies to create a daily wellness routine that helps me manage depression, anxiety, and chronic pain through a combination of movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.

I love to share these healing practices with others to aid in reducing stress, anxiety, pain, and inflammation while boosting mood to create whole-body wellness.

My Offerings

  • Yoga

    Physical exercise and spiritual practice that was developed in India thousands of years ago designed to bring the body and mind into harmony with one another through a combination of breathwork, meditation, and physical postures

  • Reiki

    A Japanese, energetic practice where the practitioner acts as a conduit for universal energies or Qi to circulate freely into a client in order to clear any stagnant energy, and encourage the body to express its innate healing abilities.

  • Qi Gong

    Qi Gong is one of the five limbs of traditional Chinese medicine that enables the practitioner to skillfully work with, balance and transform the Qi (or life energy) by bringing together movement, breath, and meditation.
